As a company we offer a wide range of services from before sale to after sale.

If you have not selected an area you would like to buy in we can send you a profile of different areas and properties that are for sale, including prices.

If you already have bought a plot, and the necessary regulations have been verified, we will oversee the necessary workers to start clearing the land ready for building. As you are aware, demolition on existing buildings is dangerous and all preparations are dealt with in a professional manner.

If you require a lawyer we can put you in touch with an English speaking lawyer who will be happy to assist you every step of the way; with very reasonable rates, this ensures that you are not paying over the odds for relevant services and that all paperwork is legal and above board. Please bear in mind that to purchase land in Bulgaria you must have a registered business, whether it is trading or not, you will need a lawyer to arrange this for you. However there are alternative methods which we could offer you.

We also can put you in touch with an architect to oversee the regulations and designs of your property, and an accountant if you require one, all of whom are very trustworthy and reputable within their field of expertise.

Once the designs have been approved and all necessary paperwork completed we are ready to start building; we will ensure that all materials and employees are of the highest standard, and to NHBC and UK standards. Weekly updates will be e-mailed to you so you can check the progress of your building.

Once your property is completed, we will make sure that when the property is handed to you it is in perfect condition. If you are planning to only use your property for holiday purposes or renting out, we can arrange for cleaning services for your arrival, maintenance, and security services, in your absence.

If you are planning on residing in your Bulgarian home, we can offer advice on the process you will require to stay long term in Bulgaria, including local amenities and local knowledge and customs.
