Credo Consult are currently letting one-bedroom apartments within the Panorama Complex for between €40/approx £30 and €80/approx £56 a night depending on the season.

The holiday/letting season is from April - October/ November. The peak season is June-August and typically, the temperature at this time is late 20s-mid 30 degrees centigrade.

The seafront location also makes this property unique, as many apartments are built inland. Furthermore, the resort also has a great reputation for taking care of guests which results in a high return rate. Both rental and property prices are expected to rise steadily over the next few years as Bulgaria develops as an EU country, helping you to maximise your returns further.


Maintenance Charges

A maintenance fee is payable on the property annually for the following services:


  • Maintenance of the complex' surrounding territory
  • Maintenance of communal areas
  • Maintenance of the swimming pools
  • Maintenance of the green areas of the complex
  • All year-round security
  • Electric lighting of the common areas of the building
5.70 Euro per square meter per year + VAT 20% with the following discounts:
  • 4.75 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year + VAT 20%
    for advance payment for three years
  • 4.00 Euro per square meter for each apartment a year + VAT 20%
    for advance payment for five years

Maintenance charges for 2007 have already been paid.


Price £56,000.

Note that a holding deposit of £1,500 will be required in order to take the apartment off the market. This will be deducted from the price.
