Montrose Investments was established in 2006 with the view of offering Europeans the opportunity to visit and buy property in Bulgaria. The company was founded by Gerry Barr and Donna Thompson.

Gerry Barr is a contracts manager in London, has 28 years experience in the building industry and is a NHBC registered contracts manager; Donna Thompson has 16 years experience in a sales environment and is situated just outside Rousse on the Northern part of Bulgaria. Together they aim to provide affordable Bulgarian homes for people just like you; offering a wide range of services to buyers such as viewings, step by step assistance when buying, new builds, renovations and re-builds, designed and built to English building regulations.
